CAUSE

If, when loading a GGD drum library, you are stuck on the LOADING screen, or if no interface is loading at all - this is most likely caused by not having the correct interface, soundcard or audio inputs/outputs selected.

HOW TO FIX

If in a DAW:

Navigate to your DAW's audio preferences and manually select your audio input and output.

Depending on your DAW this may be done by selecting your interface/soundcard or your audio driver.

If in Kontakt Standalone:

Enter Kontakt's settings and navigate to the audio settings. Manually assign your inputs and outputs. 

If neither of these work:

In some rare instances, these fixes may not work. In that case you need to manually assign your audio settings in the master settings for your computer.

On Windows, navigate to your control panel - find the sections for your audio hardware/settings and assign the correct option.

On Mac open your system preferences, select 'Sound' and manually assign your input and output to the correct option.
