There can sometimes be miscommunications between the plug-in and our licensing system, which will stop audio passing through and display messages in the plug-in GUI such as:
- We couldn't verify you can use Modern & Massive2..
- Your license for Modern & Massive 2 has expired...
- Your license for Modern & Massive 2 needs refreshing...
Normally, signing into Cradle Hub and restarting your DAW will fix these issues, but we're seeing some fringe cases where this doesn't seem to work as intended.
Should the message remain, we recommend the following:
- Ensure that your system date & time are correct.
Update to the latest version of Cradle Hub. You can do this using the text prompt in the application itself or by downloading it from the Cradle Hub page. - Uninstall & reinstall the plug-in on the my library page in Cradle Hub.
If none of the above address the issue, please contact our support team here. After sending your ticket, submit your system error reports from the settings page, which can be found by clicking the ⚙ symbol in Cradle Hub.
